Rep. Gluesenkamp Perez Publishes Report Detailing 2025 Accomplishments for Southwest Washington
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (WA-03) released her 2025 Year-End Report, which highlights the bipartisan results the Congresswoman delivered for Southwest Washington last year.
“In Southwest Washington we know that our community means more than our party affiliation. When our neighbors have a problem, we sit down and figure out how to solve it. We don’t hang them out to dry just because they vote differently than us,” said Rep. Gluesenkamp Perez. “Despite D.C. trying its damnedest to turn everything into a zero-sum partisan game, I’ve kept my head down and stayed focused on working across the aisle to deliver for Southwest Washington. 2025 was a productive year, and I’m looking forward to getting back to it in 2026.”
Last year, Rep. Gluesenkamp Perez:
- Recovered $6,040,599 for constituents owed to them by federal agencies.
- Closed 1,114 casework requests from constituents.
- Secured $6,380,000 for community-led projects.
- Led the charge in the House to pass her bipartisan bill to reauthorize the Secure Rural Schools program.
- Held 7 in person town halls across the district.
- Introduced 34 bipartisan bills, including legislation to build the trades workforce of the future, help increase the housing supply, and ensure farmers can fix their own equipment.
- Passed provisions through the House Appropriations Committee to strengthen trades and career and technical education, explore new treatment options for substance abuse disorder, support the mental health of corrections officers and law enforcement, and more.
Additionally, 72% of the votes Rep. Gluesenkamp Perez took in 2025 were bipartisan, making her the most bipartisan member of the Washington Delegation.
