Rep. Gluesenkamp Perez speaks with local growers on the Lewis County Farm Bureau’s Tour of Agriculture in August.

Today, Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (WA-03) released her 2024 Year-End Report to share her progress on bipartisan legislation and constituent service work for Southwest Washington.

“Two years ago, I came to Congress to serve as an independent voice for Southwest Washington. I’ve strived to hear and reflect what matters most to you – and I’ve worked to instill respect for the trades, farmers, fishermen, veterans, small business owners, and rural communities among my bipartisan colleagues in D.C. I fight for our local values, culture, and priorities and refuse to allow them to be overshadowed by the agenda and politics of D.C.,” said Rep. Gluesenkamp Perez. “As a rural mom working in the trades, I wasn’t your typical Member of Congress – but I’ve put my shoulder to the wheel to ensure more ordinary folks like you and I can have a seat at the table. Despite the workload of setting up a freshman office, I’ve been able to find common ground and make bipartisan progress on the issues that matter most to us. I’m excited to see what this new Congress brings, and it’s a profound honor to continue in this work on your behalf. Please keep in touch and I’ll be sure to do the same.”
